Blue Butterfly Pop Up card

Good morning friends!

Today's share is a butterfly Birthday card I made with a friend.  She came over to make some cards for a gift, and we brainstormed ideas and made two cards for each idea ... one for her and one for me. This one came together SO quickly with the help of coordinating patterned paper and Karen Burniston dies - both old and new.

The card is a standard A2 size, and there is the Agatha Edge Scroll attached to the front as well as a layered butterfly sporting a Glimmer Dot.  (Love those things).

Inside, we used the Lucy Label Pop up and the edges were cut with one of the Agatha Edges.  You get two edges and the scroll in the package, and Karen's Designer Challenge Team is addicted to these edges. Such an easy way to add a little somethin' somethin' to a card!

The butterflies and small label are older dies - but they work seamlessly with her new Pop it Ups line.

Speaking of Karen Burniston's Pop it Ups line ... hold onto your hats, because there are going to be new dies added to the collection.  Not sure what the designs are, or when they will be available with one exception. She has an awesome House/fence pivot that was previewed on the weekend at the Collins Retailers Event.  That one will be shipping mid-April, and I am really looking forward to that one.  Karen sent four of her designers the die to make cards for the event,  and those look great!!
