Masculine Hot Air Balloon Birthday Cards

Good morning friends!

It's Masculine Card Monday here on my Blog, and I have two birthday cards to share. They were actually test pieces, when I wanted to see how the hot air balloons looked when stamped on patterned paper. I liked the look of them, so fussy cut the balloons from the patterned paper and layered them onto white card stock that had been cut with coordinating die cuts. On the large hot air balloon I added Glossy Accents - again, I just wondered how it would look!

The brown grid chipboard pieces are actually cut from the packaging a set of stamps came in. :-)

Since the 2nd balloon is smaller, I die cut a cloud to add with it on the next card.

Here is a peek at the inside ...

These two cards are going into my card donation box for Seniors Secret Service.

Supplies used:
Card size - both, Standard A2
White card stock
Brown grid print chipboard - packaging
Stitched journal card die - Lawn Fawn
Hot air balloon stamp and die set - Lawn Fawn
Cloud die - Sizzix
Glossy Accents
Patterned paper - K&Co (Scraps)
Word stamp - Gina K

Thanks for stopping by today!
