Another Bird House Pivot Card

Good morning friends!

I'm back today with another card made with the newest Pop it Ups die ... the House Pivot. This one is a birthday card!

Once again I made a 4-1/4" square card. This size square card fits into the standard A2 envelope and mails for a single stamp. Love that.

To create the birdhouse, I cut the house decorator die then angled the sides with scissors. I cut the gable twice, once from Kraft and once from cream card stock and popped the cream one up with bits of foam tape. I wanted hints of gold but not the shimmer and shine from the Glitter Dots. So I used the leftover center portions of a gold Peel-Off border! Then I added a lovely fine gold Peel-Off border along the edges.

I have several of these 3-d bird stickers in my stash, and I think changing the house into a birdhouse is going to be a great way to use them up.
