Scarecrow Card

I had so much fun making this card. First, that fun little scarecrow. I scored the sticker package on clearance at Michaels for 49 cents.  :-)   I bought 6 of them, and had a coupon for 20% off my purchase so ... they were a steal!
In the package was this scarecrow, the crow and a couple of acorns which I will use inside the card.

The fence is a Sizzix die, cut from kraft card stock and inked up.

I stamped the wheat and words on an ivory flecked panel, attached the fence and crow - then popped up the scarecrow with foam tape. The panel is matted with Stampin' Up's 'Not Quite Navy' card stock, and then onto a craft card stock A2 base. 

 

I have another ivory flecked panel with inked edges to attach inside the card with a verse stamped on it. Actually I bought 6 packages of these stickers so I have 6 of these cards ready to send to my family for Thanksgiving.  :-)
