Two Different A2 cards, using the Katie Label Pivot and Peel-Off's

I have two different Pivot Cards to share today. Both are an A2 size, both use the same Peel-Off sticker, and both use the same Katie Label Pivot die. But the cards look quite different so I thought it was a good way to showcase how versatile the Pop it Ups dies are.

First up, is a really REALLY sparkly birthday card. The patterned card stock itself is embedded with glitter, and I added the Peel-Off to double sided adhesive, glittered that and coloured the image with Copic markers. So the embellishments are also sparkly. You can see the glitter in the photo below, but in real life this card is even prettier. I was so happy with how it turned out!

For my second card, I made the base wider but it's still an A2 card. The card above is 5-1/2" tall, the one below is 5-1/2" wide.  I used a transfer sheet to transfer the negative of the Peel-Off's used above to water colour paper, then water coloured around the image with Tombow Markers and a wet brush.

The little lady bug dies are SO darned cute ... I decorated these ones with Glitter Dots and a penned 'trail'.

The front edge was trimmed with one of the Agatha Edges, and I added a black strip that was embossed with the Lots of Dots embossing folder for contrast.

I love Pivot Cards ... you get so much WOW very quickly and easily, and I really like that the decorated panels pivot to the inside when the card is opened. With Pop it Ups dies by Karen Burniston, YOU get to choose on the size of card and where on the fold you place your dies. Elizabeth Craft Designs has coordinating Peel-Offs, so creating WOW cards can be done without a lot of thinking.  Win Win Win!
