Pink Sparkly Owl Accordion

Good morning friends!

I have a fun Accordion card to share today, using a bunch of products from Elizabeth Craft Designs. This was a card I took to my Demo at Paper Pastimes in June, so I could show the ladies how to combine the different Accordions (Fancy Label and Circle), as well as use both the outline Peel-off and the leftover pieces (the negative portion) to get even more bang for their buck. 

I used Els' glitter technique for my super sparkly owl Peel-Off, adding colour with Tombow Markers. I let it dry overnight, then fussy cut the owl circle and the extra eye piece which was popped up with foam dots.

The center panel has a Happy Birthday die cut from Black Velvet - and because the sheets are self adhesive, die cut words are easy to adhere to your project.

The third panel shows the negative pieces, which were transferred to a pink Shimmer Sheetz using a Transfer Sheet. So it is also sparkly and irridescent and pretty!

When you fold up your Accordion for mailing, the back side shows around your front decoration. So I usually decorate that part too. I added Frame Edges, and lots of Glitter Dots. The Glitter Dots were added throughout the borders on the card for additional sparkle.

I've tucked this card away for a friends birthday.  :-)
