Here is the 4th Christmas card I made using the scrapbooking kit "Merry Christmas" by Echo Park. I used my Sizzix Pop 'N Cut dies for all of the cards made with this kit, which made the cards quick and easy! Perfect for when you have lots (and lots!) of cards to make.
While I tried to stick with only using embellishments from the kit, I did end up adding a few extras to some of the cards. These Jolee cardinal stickers add a nice pop of colour to the tree sticker as does the sparkly red polka dot circle behind the glittered treetop star.
I turned that large tree sticker into an embellishment by firmly attaching pop dots to the back of the sticker, leaving the covers on. Then I patted baby powder on the back of the sticker with a soft brush. Once all the 'sticky' was covered and the loose powder brushed off, you can remove the foam tape covers and pop up your embellishment!
Here is a peek at the inside ... oh, how I love my Pop 'N Cut dies. I used baby powder and foam tape to create the popped up wreath and word panels as they were both stickers but I wanted them to be dimensional.
I added a cream panel right across the inside, which gave me room to stamp the words and I can add a handwritten message & signature too.
Haha, four cards shown and I'm already tired of showing multiple Christmas cards in August. We are FINALLY getting some summer weather, and I want to play with bright summery colours & images instead. One more to show then I can get back to more seasonal cards.
