I loved this patterned paper, but restrained myself to only buying two sheets of it. There is just something about sweet flowered prints that I find myself drawn to these days. Must be all the rain we are having - I'm so tired of grey skies. At any rate, I cut into the sheet right away and made a card with my Pop 'n Cuts dies!
I used a Sizzix flower die and a leaf die - both of which I've had for years. The leaf die is an original Sizzix die, with the yellow plastic bases. :-) Yup I've been a Sizzix fan for a l-o-n-g time!
The flower centers are from a Stampin' Up punch, and the butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch.
The words were stamped then cut out with Sizzix Framelits, and both the yellow & pink flowers were stamped with a custom foam stamp. I made it years ago out of a foam tub block and it makes a wonderful background image!
All in all, a cheerful card that I hope will make someone smile when it arrives in their mailbox.
(Remember you that you can always see my Sizzix Flip-it and Pop N Cut cards by looking on the right side of my blog under LABELS then scrolling down to the 'S' section.)
