90th Birthday Pop-Up Cake Card

Good morning friends

My Mom asked me for a special 90th Birthday Card for a friend, so I grabbed the Cake Pop-Up by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs. The patterned paper is one of those sheets that I ordered 30 of instead of 3 ... I'm slowly using it up. Good thing it's so pretty!

The front of the card has this darling slice of cake on a plate, cut from glittered card stock. The fork was cut from a scrap of silver card stock.

Inside is the pop-up cake!

The inside is lightly stencilled  and I added a 'happy' banner and 90th fishtail in addition to the glittery cake.

Remember to check out Karen Burniston's BLOG this morning for the first July Designer Challenge post!
