      Ha ha Linda ... I have REALLY bad knees right now, and my studio is in the basement. So my answer is, I do a little bit in the morning and a little bit in the afternoon. When I have to take the dogs out to the dog-run, I stay down and play in the studio for a half hour, which is the time I have before my knees act up. Glad you like the cards!
