C4C 317 Bubble Bath Day

Good morning friends

It's Saturday and that means there is a new challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog: Yesterday was Bubble Bath Day. So for our challenge this week, include something that relates to bubbles on your card. You could of course include a bath with bubbles, or kids blowing bubbles, fish with bubbles, create a background using colored bubbles etc.

When I saw the challenge, I knew immediately I wanted to use Karen Burniston's Bathtub Pop Stand.  Here is the front of the card ...

Once I got started on the card though, I decided to go a different route than a bubble bath. So for the challenge I'm using a bathtub that COULD be used for a bubble bath but I'm using it here as a planter, with lots of little coloured flower sequins.

Here is the card partially open ...

Then opened all the way ...

Working ahead here, ha ha - but this is one of the Mother's Day cards I'll need this year.

Check out the C4C blog to see how the Crazies have been inspired by the challenge. We'd sure love to see your take on it, so be sure to stop by the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and link up your creations. If you are uploading to an online gallery, please use the keyword C4C317.
