Valentine Tag Pivot

Good morning friends

Karen Burniston released new dies through Elizabeth Craft Designs, and one of them is this Tag Pivot.  I immediately thought of making a card that leaned towards artsy (see that card HERE). Then I wanted to make something more mainstream too.

I chose this pink patterned paper from my stash and paired the Tag Pivot with one of the New Paris Edgers and the Heart Decorator Dies from the Heart Pivot.  The card came together really quickly, with the dies doing most of the work for me. All I did was cut, ink and assemble.

The little acetate pieces I've had for a couple of years. Every Valentine's I seem to use one or two more of them ... that package is lasting forever!  Look at the detail in that Paris Edge ... so pretty.

Instead of worrying about adding twine through the tag holes, I covered them up with plastic Candy Dots.  Ta-Da ... card is done.

I am looking forward to playing more with this Tag Pivot die ... at this point I have more ideas than time, but hopefully things will settle down soon and I can play more. I think it would make a fabulous birthday card with gifts etc piled on the tags!
