Christmas Tree Wine Bottle Tags

I used the rest of the Christmas Tree embellishments from yesterday's gift tags for these Wine Bottle Hangers:

The bases were cut from champagne and a silver pearl Stardream card stock with a Papertrey Ink die. I used a Spellbinders die for the fancy label shape and 3 of the green labels were embossed with a Stampin' Up embossing folder.

I was able to use a couple of these for stocking stuffers, and I can use the others over the holiday season.
