Here is the sketch, followed by my card:
I generally like my cards to be MAIL FRIENDLY, and this one was going to be just that. But then I spied a package of red and green adhesive backed gems sitting right there on my stamping table...
I will cut a piece of thin packing foam the size of this card (4.5 x 6") if it is going to go through the mail. Otherwise, it will be one of the cards I hand deliver over the holidays.
Sorry about the bad photo (above). I was in a hurry and used my phone to take these. The little tag was cut from a Tim Holtz die - it's one I turn to again and again. I'm also in a 'Bakers Twine Phase' and have to restrain myself from adding it to EVERY card I make these days.
My Most Wonderful Stampin' Up rep delivered my new catalogue yesterday (thanks Pamela). Oh, I am sure enjoying going through it and oooohing & awwwwwing over all the new goodies. It's a tradition I repeat year after year. Looks like there are some great colours of Bakers Twine in the catalogue too! :-)
Thanks for stopping by today, and Happy Friday!
