Good morning friends
It's Masculine Card Monday here on my blog and I have a farm themed birthday card to share today. Of course I made it a Pop it Up using the new Farm Collection by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs.
I found some clear Rooster stickers and have been having fun using them with the new Barn Pop Stand dies. Here is the front of my card: (I used only a portion of one of the new Farm Greetings clear stamps for the Happy Birthday)
Love the MFT stitched dies that leave a stitched edge on both the positive and the negative die cuts. I had used the circle from this orange print panel on a different project.
Inside I used the older Lots of Pops die as a platform to attach the Barn to. While you can add all the pieces and have the barn doors slide open and closed, for this card I adhered them to the barn base in the closed position. Karen Burniston thinks of everything when she is designing her Pop it Up dies and versatility is key. I am loving all the different looks I am getting for the barn!
More selective inking for the words, which were then die cut with a label from the Fancy Label Accordion set.
The ground was cut with the Beach Edges (see how well all the Pop it Ups work together?), and I adhered another rooster inside the card. Because the stickers are clear, I put the rooster sticker on white card stock then fussy cut it out so I could use foam tape for dimension.
Into my stash with this one ...
