Halloween Banner

This is what I sent to Sue for our October first mailing ... a banner made with the Tim Holtz tag die. I cut three tags for each piece. One out of patterned paper for the front, and one from black for the back while the middle piece is chipboard to give it substance.

I used a paper stack by Recollections, with lots of fun patterns and glitter sheets as well as some 3-d embellishments by K&Co.  I also used the Tim Holtz rosette die, and cut the "BOO" letters/shadows with my Cricut and the 'Plantin Schoolbook' cartridge.
The pieces on either side of the "BOO" were cut from a sheet of patterned paper in the stack and popped up with foam tape. I also used a couple of Stampin' Up punches to create the hangers. While I really could have gone 'all out' on this, with lots of danglies ... I kept this first one nice and simple.

Thanks for stopping by today!
