I found this inked and embossed background panel in my stash, and decided to USE it and make a Halloween card. It's always such a good feeling to use something that you've been hanging onto ... done and done!
Supplies:
White card stock
Orange card stock
Embossing folder - Cuttlebug
Rectangle Pull Card (Spinner, Pop it Ups - Karen Burniston (Elizabeth Craft Designs)
3-D Stickers - Recollections
Stamp inside - Michaels
Card size - Standard A2

Inside, rather than have it be a simple flat card, I added the spinner from the Rectangle Pull Card to animate this fun Mummy sticker. Takes only a few minutes, but you get a card with some oomph!
