Crazy 4 Challenges Sketch Challenge #236

Good morning friends!

It's Saturday, and that means a new challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenge blog! This week is a sketch challenge ...

I tried adding various items to the yellow strip but nothing seemed to look good. So instead of adding three embellishments as shown in the sketch, I embossed 3 banners on it. As I was tidying up I saw the little banner piece sitting on my stamping area. I tried it across the upper corner and immediately liked it so ... on it went. Even though it isn't really part of the sketch.

I used the A2 Pop 'n Cut base with the Sassy Label insert to set the stage for this happy little scene.

The hot air balloon stamp & die set is new, and I couldn't wait to colour in those balloons. I am going to have SO much fun with these!

I'm not sure what I'm doing with this card yet. It may end up going to Seniors Secret Service, or I might use it for our son's birthday. For now, it's on my dining room hutch where it makes me smile when I walk by.

Make sure and check out the rest of the Crazies Design Team and their sketch inspiration. We'd love you to play along and add your project to the links.
