Banner Thanksgiving Card

As soon as I got this package home, I had to play with it. It's a 12 x 12" Scrapbook kit by Echo Park called "Fall Fever", and I made a Pop 'n Cut card. No surprise there!

The 'Give Thanks' embellishment was fussy cut from one of the journal cards in the package, I popped it up over an strip of orange textured card stock.

Once again I have to say I LOVE the way this banner looks when it's all assembled. Such a fun little die! I used scraps of the textured card stock to cut out the flags, and I attached them right to the brown base after inking the edges.

I added another label (with inked edges) as a place to add a signature and a little note. It just seemed to look better attached at an angle, so I went with it.

(Remember you can always see my Sizzix Flip-it, Pop N Cut and Accordion Flip cards by looking on the right side of my blog under LABELS then scrolling down to the 'S' section.)

Supplies used:
A2 Pop 'N Cut Base with the Wavy Label insert - Karen Burniston (Sizzix)
Wavy Label Framelits - Karen Burniston (Sizzix)
Scalloped border die - My Favorite Things
Yellow, teal, brown and orange textured card stock - Stampin' Up (retired)
Patterned paper, leaf stickers, Happy Fall  - Echo Park "Fall Fever"
Happy Thanksgiving stamp - Verve
Banner die - Sizzix (Arrows, Banners, Chevrons and Clouds)
