It's Masculine Card Monday here on my blog, and I used the latest sketch at Freshly Made Sketches to make NINE mascline birthday cards to donate to 'Senior's Secret Service'.
Nothing like a good sketch to make creating multiples a breeze. Not to mention the Design Team sample by Jennifer Brum that I CASE'd. :-)
I used striped paper for some of the card bases ...
Again, since the cards won't be going through the mail I was free to add bulky embellishments like big buttons and twine. :-)
I also made some out of plaid paper...
The insides are all done the same, adding a stamped panel for stablity ...

Looks like you are all set with masculine cards now! This is fabulous! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!! I've never heard of this group. Card club has a meeting tonight so I'm going to mention it and see if we can collect some as well. Post flood a friend and I made cards for the displaced seniors of East Village for their 'welcome home' baskets once they were allowed to return to their apts.
