A flood in the bathroom as you're fixin...Oh my! A flood in the bathroom as you're fixing it up to sell sounds terrifying! I had something similar when some workers were repairing a kitchen faucet leak and had turned the water back on at the main (but forgot) so then when they decided after the initial repair to upgrade the fitting . . . water! We used sheets, towels, everything we could find. Fun times.
